Le projet "Traces" est une exploration globale de la représentation photographique du corps en mouvement évoluant dans son environnement, qu'il soit artistique, social, naturel ou intime.
"Traces" cherche à révéler l'écriture des mouvements humains dans l'espace, que l'oeil ne peut percevoir et à inscrire l'énergie qui habite le corps animé. Le projet vise à saisir l'instant fugace où le mouvement devient une forme d'écriture visuelle.

The "Traces" project is a comprehensive exploration of the photographic representation of the body in motion evolving within its environment, whether artistic, social, natural, or intimate.
"Traces" seeks to reveal the writing of human movements in space, which the eye cannot perceive, and to record the energy that inhabits the animated body. The project aims to capture the fleeting moment when movement becomes a form of visual writing.

30 années d'images
« Histoire d’une photo » est une traversée intime de trente années d’images, et un regard retrospectif à travers les différentes périodes d'une vie de création.
Durant trois décennies, j’ai photographié pour comprendre l'interaction des êtres et de leur environnement, à travers les voyages et les rencontres, autant que pour apprendre à me situer dans le monde, et avec autrui.
Cette série revient, de façon non chronologique, sur les images qui ont marqué mon parcours, et me permet d'affirmer a posteriori les fondements esthétiques de mon travail.
Regarder en arrière me permet de revenir sur les traces d’un parcours fait de ruptures intérieures et de tentatives esthétiques diverses, reflet de ma quête continuelle de l'image juste, celle qui se rapprochera le plus de la sensation que me procure le fait de regarder le monde, et les êtres qui m'entourent.

HISTORY OF A PHOTO
30 years of images
“History of a photo” is an intimate journey through thirty years of images — a retrospective look across the different periods of a creative life.
Over three decades, I have photographed to understand the interaction between people and their environments, through travel and encounters, and also to learn how to situate myself within the world and among others.
This series revisits, in a non-chronological way, the images that have shaped my path, allowing me to affirm, retrospectively, the aesthetic foundations of my work.
Looking back means retracing a path marked by inner ruptures and diverse aesthetic attempts — the reflection of a continuous quest for the “right” image, the one that comes closest to the sensation I experience when I look at the world and the people around me.
